Genomarker’s multi-omics pipeline applies wherever a biological question needs a reproducible molecular answer. Its main application areas are below.
Liquid biopsy
A blood draw instead of a biopsy: liquid-biopsy biomarkers promise earlier, safer, and more repeatable detection. Genomarker has produced liquid-biopsy biomarkers with above 95% sensitivity and specificity for breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, and Alzheimer’s disease — three settings where an accurate, minimally invasive test changes what is clinically possible.
Diagnostics pipeline
The same pipeline continues into new indications. Biomarker programs for Parkinson’s disease and facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) are in the pipeline, extending the platform’s approach to diseases where objective molecular diagnostics are still missing.
Drug repurposing
Existing drugs have known safety profiles; matching them to new indications shortens the path to patients. By analyzing disease mechanisms across all omics layers — genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics — Genomarker supports drug-repurposing programs that are grounded in molecular evidence rather than serendipity.
Therapeutic targets
Knowing which genes drive a disease is the first step toward treating its cause. Genomarker has identified driver genes and therapeutic targets in glioblastoma, multiple sclerosis, and lung cancer, connecting its biomarker work directly to target discovery.
Polygenic and clinical risk scores
Single markers rarely capture disease risk on their own.
